What this site collects, and where it goes

The request form

When you send the form, Bathroom Remodel Calabasas receives your name, phone number, street address if you give it, which bathroom it is and what you want done. Those details are emailed to one licensed bathroom contractor so they can call you about your request. The address is there because it decides whether the City of Calabasas or Los Angeles County issues the permit.

Nobody buys these details from us, and they reach no one except that contractor. The form includes a hidden field that people never see; if a program fills it in, the request is treated as automated and is not sent.

Services that handle the request

• Hosting. The site runs on Cloudflare, which processes requests to the site, including the form, and keeps standard technical logs such as IP addresses.
• Email delivery. Form requests are sent through an email delivery service, Resend, to the contractor's inbox.
• Fonts. Pages load their typefaces from Google Fonts, so your browser asks Google's servers for the font files and Google receives your IP address with that request.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not set its own cookies and does not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics scripts.

Your choices

To ask what was sent about you, or to have your request deleted, call (818) 381-0761. Once a request has reached the contractor, the contractor also holds a copy, and you can ask them to delete it too.

Changes

If this statement changes, the effective date at the top changes with it.
