Reading this site with a keyboard, a screen reader or a big zoom
These pages are meant to work for everyone who lands on them. The bar we hold them to is WCAG 2.1 Level AA, the web accessibility guidelines from the W3C. Below is how that gets tested, what is still on the list, and how to tell us when a page gets in your way.

How each update gets tested
No change goes live here until a scanner called axe has been over every page, first at the width of a phone and then at the width of a desktop screen. On its latest pass, axe flagged nothing serious or critical.
A scanner only knows what it can measure. The next step is a person working through the pages by keyboard alone and then with a screen reader. That review is planned but has not happened yet, and this page will be updated once it has.
Tell us what got in the way
Open the home page form, already set to A part of this site is hard to use, and leave your name and number. When we get back to you, tell us which page you were on and what stopped you. If you like, mention the phone or computer and any assistive technology you use, such as a screen reader, a magnifier or voice control.
If the form itself is the trouble, call (818) 381-0761 and say the call is about the website.
How fast you hear back
You get a reply within 2 business days. The fix should be live within 45 days of your report. If a problem needs more time than that, we will tell you why and give you a date for it.
